Q: When will the SKORBOARD ship?
The SKORBOARD is currently IN-STOCK and ready for shipment. Shipments are made 3 times per week, so you can expect to receive your SKORBOARD within 7-10 days on average.
Q: Do you really have no hassle guarantee?
YES! If you don’t absolutely love it, just let us know and we will buy it back from you. We’ll make it really easy for you. Please just send us an email to matt@fantronics.com with the subject Return SKORBOARD within 30 days, and we will work with you to refund all of your money, no questions asked. We will create and email a return shipping label to you. Then you just drop the SKORBOARD in the mail, and then the refund will be processed. Easy!
Q: What comes in the SKORBOARD kit?
The SKORBOARD Kit comes complete with the SKORBOARD Device, Power Adapter, and LED Light Strip.
Mobile Remote Apps are available as a free download from the iOS App Store or Android Google Play Store.
You will need to supply the WIFI Connection, an Android or iOS device to run the mobile Remote Controller App, a Monitor as well as an appropriate length HDMI cable for your SKORBOARD placement.
Q: What are the requirements for using the SKORBOARD?
The SKORBOARD is a dedicated Second Screen display to compliment your at home sports viewing.
The SKORBOARD requires a WIFI Internet connection, a monitor, and the use of an Android or iOS device as a remote control.
The SKORBOARD is to be hooked up through the HDMI port on the Device. In our testing, any monitor that accepts HDMI, or even VGA through HDMI-to-VGA Adapter works great. A TV with HDMI Audio Passthrough is needed to use the GOAL Horn Feature — just turn up the volume!
Q: Is there a subscription fee to use the SKORBOARD?
The data we receive is the same data that powers many of the popular fantasy sports and website apps. This means we receive data faster and more reliably than free API options. It costs us a lot to obtain these data feeds for you.
The subscription fee for the SKORBOARD is:
$45/year
Your first year of service is included in the purchase price of the SKORBOARD
A monthly subscription option is available for $5/month.
Q: What Leagues does the SKORBOARD support?
Currently, the SKORBOARD tracks all NHL and MLB games, with no blackouts.
We are actively looking at bringing in more leagues and additional data tracking. The SKORBOARD is able to receive the latest updates so it is always ready for whichever game you want to watch.
